Many Voraise products are made to order, so production takes place before the item is shipped. Shipping costs and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available and can vary by product and destination.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when the shipping service makes tracking available.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact Voraise as soon as possible with your order information. Photos may be helpful when reporting damage or a printing issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are made specifically after an order is placed, return and exchange eligibility can depend on the product and the circumstances. Please contact Voraise before sending an item back so the order can be reviewed and the appropriate next step can be provided.
