Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your Voraise purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Starting a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact support@voraise.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, please send it by USPS only to:

Please do not send a return before contacting us. General Delivery is a USPS service, so returns sent by UPS, FedEx, or another carrier may not be deliverable.

Return Eligibility

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns, including change-of-mind returns and items ordered in the wrong size or color.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact support@voraise.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. In many cases, you will not need to return the damaged or incorrect item.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time after the refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

Because Voraise products are produced after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Customers in jurisdictions that provide statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or conformity rights may exercise those rights as required by applicable law.
