Shipping policy

Voraise products are made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping.

After fulfillment, delivery time depends on the product, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. U.S. delivery is often approximately 3–4 business days after fulfillment, while international delivery may take approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment. These are estimates, not guarantees.

You will receive tracking information by email when it is available. Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges depending on the destination. Any charges not collected at checkout may be the responsibility of the recipient.
